2026 Volvo EX40

Available now from Connollys Volvo Cars Galway, this 261 EX40 Plus Extended Range is finished in Aurora Silver and has covered just 5,295 km. It's a nearly new, fully electric compact SUV that gives you all the benefits of a new car without the wait and at a saving on the new price. The Extended Range model has a single electric motor driving the rear wheels, producing around 252hp. It has a large battery that gives a WLTP range of up to roughly 570 km, which is more than enough for a week of commuting or a trip to Dublin and back on a single charge. Rapid DC charging capability means quick top-ups on longer journeys, and running costs are a fraction of those of a petrol or diesel equivalent. The Plus trim is generously equipped. Features include Google built-in infotainment with Google Maps, Google Assistant and Google Play apps, a digital driver display, Harman Kardon premium audio, heated front seats and steering wheel, a powered tailgate, and a rear camera with parking sensors. Volvo's Pilot Assist driver support system and its renowned suite of safety features are also included. The EX40's clever interior packaging makes it a practical choice for families too.
