The Boost produces 135kW of total system power, with the electric motor delivering up to 145kW and 300Nm of torque. It uses front-wheel drive and can accelerate from 0–100km/h in around 8.5 seconds. Its 10.08kWh Blade Battery provides up to 50km of WLTP combined electric driving range, while BYD quotes a total combined range of up to 1,350km with a full battery and fuel tank. That makes it particularly well suited to Irish driving.
